Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese medicine techniques for balancing the flow of energy through meridians in the body. Particular acupuncture points stimulated to focus on nerves, muscles, and tissues. Some symptoms that can be improved but not limited to include: Anxiety, stress, depression, migraines/headaches, low back pain, sciatic pain, infertility, inducing labor, knee pain, elbow pain, sinuses.


Dry Needling

Dry Needling is performed by using a solid filament needle to target specific areas whether it be muscle, tendons, or ligaments to initiate a release of the fibers and trigger points.


Soft Tissue

Also known as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IAMSTM) which is using sterile stainless steel tools with various edges and grooves to manipulate and loosen the myofascia muscles. This is done by using broad strokes to break down muscle adhesions and scar tissue creating healing activities to restore movement and increase range of motion.

Dr. Vinay was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Omaha at a young age. He received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University and furthered his education at National University of Health Sciences in Illinois. There he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2018. His goal was to practice in Nebraska and soon after graduation Dr. Vinay began working in Lincoln. Dr. Vinay is ready to branch out on his own and open a practice in his hometown, Omaha.

Dr. Vinay is certified in acupuncture with a 100 hour additional certification and Webster technique for pre-natal, pregnancy and pediatric patients. He also uses various methods including cupping, Graston soft tissue, kinesiology taping, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and McKenzie Diagnostic Therapy.

Dr. Vinay is a car enthusiast who on his free time enjoys trying new local restaurants, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
